3、成绩单 Academic Transcript
4、体检报告(6个月之内) Health Report（within 6 months）
5、无犯罪记录证明(6个月之内) Non-criminal Certificate （within 6 months）

注意：申请学习专业的留学生还需要额外提供HSK4级证书（两年有效期）；最高学历需为高中毕业及以上

注意：通过HSK4级才能进入专业学习
